(x - 1/4)(x - 1/4)

Just look at the third term and see what factors it has.
1/16 could be 1/4 * 1/4 or it could be 1/2 * 1/8.
Try those and see what works.

What two polynomials give you the product 1 / 16 and their sum is - 1/2 ?

Answer :

(x - 1/4)(x - 1/4)
