Start writing. Write about everything that is wrong and bothering you. Do not stop to correct spelling, grammar, or sentence structure. Keep writing--get it all out, on paper. Writing is therapeutic, and has helped many people in various areas.

Recognizing anger and the attributes attenuating to and after and realizing it as a part of your makeup and not natural to not become angry and that is where your work begins. Maintaining the priorities in order and not losing light or notion of what and where and why you may or may not want to reproduce the experience. We are evolving to new levels of reality where the old behaviors such as anger were so ingrained that its reverberations will still resound refracting throughout civilization sometimes singular phenomenon and sometimes social. To not become angry is a choice of the free will conscious of the discomfort of being so altered. To become angry is natural and normal. What you don't want is that other anger which is self-indulgence where the need for and nature for anger has passed but somehow you keep it lingering around like a necklace. Then it is not really anger but an addiction to some hormonal overcharge. This needs a different type of patience and understanding that includes the benefits one has or gets for that type of conduct.

What are you calling anger? The bottom line is, do no damage! What's your goal? Venting isn't considered so cool these days, as it can escalate and "ruinate". Try hitting the "pause button", and see what time may do. Basically, you want (I think) to let the other party know what line has been crossed. Be true to yourself and respectful of the relationship. Aim for mutual respect and understanding. Beware of hurting and injuring... being hurt or injured. Protect yourslef AND prevent damage if you can. Tricky business, for sure! Bottom line: anger is your "First Alert" smoke detector. Pay attention and respond.
Just watch out for rage and hostility...neither accomplishes much.

Figure out the cause of you anger and address it, by talking or getting rid of it.
"Venting" for catharsis doesn't really work. Acting really angry just tends to make people more angry. Sometimes just forcing yourself to pretend to be in the mood you want (i.e. smiling and thinking about happy things) can work to actually put you in that mood.

Write everything you're feeling down. When you feel like you've got all you had to say on paper, you'll realize that you feel a lot better.
