Walmart uses the PlaysForSure DRM. You can watch these movies on Windows Media Player and use it on compatible portable players. But Zune is not compatible with PFS.

What happens is that zune reads less audio and video formats than most mp3 and mp4 players like the ipod, although there are not much mp4 players that can use playforsure, but they can read other formats that the zune does not, you should have bought an ipod video, zune is crap.
