Where/how can I get a state ID for Georgia?

I'm 18 and never got my liscence, but I need to be able to fly this weekend

At your local dept. of motor vehicles.
They will issue you a non-drivers state I.D.
Have fun on your trip!

edit: you will need a copy of your birth certificate, and proof of address (copy of a bill, official mail of some sort, etc.).
