I bruise really easily. I mean it comes with the territoyr (I play goalie in hockey) So like my knees are really bruised up from taking slap shots off of my knee cap. But when I get hit anywhere else and its not too hard of a hit. I still get these big bruises.

Is there anyway to stop myself from bruising so easily?

You could try taking Rutin & Bioflavinoids, a good vit C formula usually contains a bit of both (check the label). Also a mixed tocopherol vit E may be helpful. Zinc & alfalfa would also be a good idea. Eat fresh veggies & fruit. Buckwheat is a great source of rutin. These should all help to strengthen you bloodvessels.

I use to have that problem years ago. They ran all kinds of test on me and had to be rushed to the hospital cuz of possible internal bleeding. They could not find any cause for it and was labeled as ITP. I had my spleen removed and had not had a bruising problem since then. I do have to make sure not to take any blood thinners or aspirin. I suggest that you go and see a doctor about it.

You're lacking Vitamin C in your Body. Either drink 2 glasses of Orange juice a day or take a Vitamin C 500 mg. each day.
Vitamin C is not stored in the body and therefore a lot of people are lacking it.
