can i have a video playing (one video on and on) as a desktop backround if yes how

Go to www.videolan.org to download VLC Media player. When the program is opened, there is an option of you right click the video and hit desktop, it will move the video to the desktop, and continue playing with video/audio. I think you can also make it loop. It's free, by the way.
