Are you loney in your marriage? In life in general?

I recently learned that by marrying someone, many think that they will no longer be lonely. They think their partner will meet ALL their needs (including social and emotional). Are you alienating yourself from friends? Do you guys have couple friends? If not, PLEASE find some. Marriage is so hard these days and without couple friends, it can be even more difficult.

I often have felt lonely as well. I am trying to reach out and spend time with friends.

Maybe you are with your friends, and do things that make you busy? Try doing some housework chores, cleaning the windows, the grilles and anything that needs cleaning up. You will feel better after all the work. Try it.

You can do nothing about it or you can do something about it. There are many people out there for you to meet.
