I just did a project on BLUE WHALES for biology, so I know that they can produce high frequency sounds of up to 188 decibels.

I think it may be a blue whale. I'm going to go with it, as it is such a large "instrument" and can be heard so far away under water.

My guess would be my Mother when she was fussing at me for doing something she didn't approve of... you know, the yell that includes your first, middle, and last name... the clues that you are in BIG TROUBLE... or if she was calling me in from being outside playing.
I swear that I could have heard her on Jupiter.
