Try imdb.com. they have a section for "Goofs" in the message boards, or in the profile of a specific movie.

Don't think that ANYTHING you say will ever
get corrected in the movie. They've spent far
too much money in post-production and
distribution to fix anything people are going to see.

You might make it to a goofs real, though...
