I have an old Micron computer running Windows 98. It's 11 years old. When I try to put it in Standby, it goes to that state, but how do I bring it back? I tried clicking the mouse and pressing different keys on the keyboard, even CTRL+ALT+DEL. I always have to press the Reset button on the CPU to get it back, but is there any other way, or is the computer so old that it doesn't work anymore? It has 64MB of memory. I don't know if it ever worked before.

First of all standby mode means that the computer saves all the previously used files and settings to the hard drive, and then shuts the computer down, this function is to conserve power. To get out of it turn the computer back on, also if you want to be able to use the computer with out turning it off go into sleep mode.
