Union?!?! no such thing as a Wiccan union. Perhaps you mean coven. But the answer is no. You can join a coven if you so desire or you can choose the life of a Solitary witch as many do. It is entirely up to you as to what path in life you choose wether it be Wiccan, Christian or whatever.
