I build test and pre-test for my special education test using a vocabulary worksheet generator I downloaded from Schoolhouse Technologies http://www.schoolhousetech.com/ They have a trial version that I used at first, it let me use the program 20 times, so I would enter my definitions and generate 3 or four different worksheets with the same vocabulary. Matching works the best for me for test and I use the crossword to study for the test. The consistency of the definition is the important part.
Good Luck

The web is not the best source. Talk to your local school district for testing. That is your best bet.
