Since snow melting and water freezing are opposite changes, we can kill the 50-50 by removing a and c from consideration.
Since sugar dissolving is a solid-to-liquid state, I am going to classify snow melting into the same category, leaving the assertion that water freezing is a decrease in entropy; which makes sense when you hear the term "ice crystals" i.e., crystals are generally a very organized form of a solid.

Entropy is unfavorable each time it cleans up a large number. as an occasion condensing mist interior the air into one droplet organizes the mess and which may be unfavorable entropy. i'm hoping that's making experience.
