Of course they dream; they just don't dream colors and images that you and I would dream. They dream in their existing four senses. I would imagine that their conceptualization of objects and places is very different from yours or mine, but that doesn't mean they don't experience those things.

Of course they can dream.
A blind person is only different from a regular person in it that they cannot see. They still have a grasp over the remaining four senses, and although they may not dream about seeing things, they may dream about feelings, sensations.
May they even dream in colors, it is possible. They just don't know it...
Hope this helps!

How about asking a blind person. Many life forms in nature have genes passed down through the generations. Like other life forms, I believe that many genes and images and traits (like dreaming) are passed down in humans too. Imagine being both deaf and blind- like Beethoven, who composed and wrote all those pieces on the piano by the sense of feeling! I bet he had a wonderful imaginative creative mind in order to accomplish this!

In my opinion, I would say yes. I am not blind, but they have a mind so I am sure they can dream by knowing how things feel, taste, smell and hear.

I think so. It will just be their imagination, though, so it will not look anything like real life.
