I'm 16 years old and I need around $3000 for a car. Any ideas would be helpful. If you're going to tell me to get a job, can you tell me where and how to look for one?

You were smart enough to see the answer coming and you know what to do. You need to get a job. I don't know where you live (in a city, in the country whatever) so it will be hard for me to tell you where but try retail stores, a mall, or resturants. You might be able to work with your parents, or even go into business for yourself, put up some advertisements to cut lawns or something like that. Good luck.
