I took a test after my period was 6 days late. It was kinda faint and not a really clear answer. I dont really have any signs. My nipples were really sensitive about 1 week ago, and I have canker sores all in my mouth. My period has never been that late before, if its late, its only by 1 or 2 days. Could I be pregnant?

if there was a faint positive line then 99.9% you are, the hormones in your body were just not high enough to darken the line some women do not have symptoms and some do i suggest that you take another test to be sure and if you are make a Dr apt to get the health care you and you baby need

I would recommend getting EPT Certainty or another one of the digital tests that reads 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant'. Why it took them so long to invent a test that says that, I'll never know. But when I got pregnant, the first test I took was one of the old plus or minus ones, and I got this faint ambiguous answer that neither me or the friend I was with could decipher. I ended up having to go back and get the digital and it came up clear as day, very quickly, "Pregnant." Usually when someone takes a test and thinks it probably looks like a positive, it is...but you'll have to take another one to be sure...so go with one of those. They really are so much better. Even a faint line is a positive and you could be pregnant.
Remember you are looking for 2 lines not just one - this first line is to show the test is working and the second line - no matter how faint it is - shows the result.
If there was no second line then you are not pregnant.
Once you have seen the second line you must schedule an appointment with your Obgyn so you can confirm the pregnancy, start your prenatal vitamins and get all the advice you need from your doctor.

Try the EPT test to be sure. If it comes out negative, chances are you are not pregnant. Sometimes periods are not on schedule. Stress, anxiety, antibotics and things like this may throw off your period. If you have canker sores it sounds like you may be under more stresss.

if its a faint positive line you are prob pregnant.. but go to the docs and get check out as for the sores it might be your imminune system might be down or you are run down.. just relax and what is meant to happen will happen.. good luck :o)

wait another week and test again. i recommend first response, they're pretty reliable. it there's any second line at all, it's definitely positive. good luck!
