Buy a 1995 Camry, paint it orange, and put lots of Japanese language stickers on it (cause they make it go faster...ya know?). Plastic glue on parts to make it look sleeker are a nice addition too.

I'd say a bigger car, like a Crown Victoria, or a Caprice, or their sister companies' equivalent.
Not really sure what exactly you're lookin' for. White, but not white-trash? Or ARE you trying for a white-trash look? If so, go for IROC Camaro's, old beat-up minivans, and El Camino's.
