Anyone out there using the High Noon Reading Intervention program?

I'm also interested in any of the High Noon supporting material like the vocabulary, comprehension and fluency booklets. What level are you using and what grade are you teaching? Does it work? My district is looking at buying it for all SDC classes grades 3-8.
