there is a tendency to see differences in one's own group.
i can't tell the difference between sheep very well.
or between ducks. but someone who works with them
every day and takes care of them can. you see more variation in a group with which you're familiar (not necessarily your own group but who you are around a lot). it's a normal human thing to see the 'other' group and relatively all the same. to a korean who has never been around caucasions they will also 'all look the same'. so you are normal. if you want to be able to tell the difference between asians, start hanging arond with them and being friends with them. it will just come naturally.

Actually, if you take a look at facial features, more towards the eye department, you can notice differences. I can tell the difference between them for the most part. Then again, I'm found of the Asian culture, so maybe its just me.

yes i can understand why some people cant but i've hung around all different types. i can personally tell the difference. there is a difference in the eyes and a lot of times in the face shape.

Of course, I think you do not pay attention to your world. I can tell my car from others of the same model and color which would make the cars much more similar than people from the same area.

That's because they are the same. Just like all Europeans are the same. Just like all Americans are the same. It's the doubles that do it: two hands, two eyes, two ears, two legs. The differences are in the pants and they are hard to discern. Some have this dangly thing and others don't.
There you have it, half have one, others don't. I hope this helps.

yeah, well, whites look the same to them, a big blur of pale faces, lol. Its a matter of perspective. Asians don't look any more similar than africans in general, or caucasians. I mean, imagine a great big Samoan and a petite chinese paddy worker. you can't really mean they all look the same!?!
