We moved a computer into our house and wanted to change virus protection.
It was working fine. instructions said to uninstall all other virus protection.
Now it is just as if the blue wire connection was not plugged in. We have tried resetting DI-604 router, restarting computer, etc. Don't know what else to try.

You have to program the computer to that router in Wireless Network set! Be sure to install the driver too, then secure your connection, so no one else in the area gets free Internet courtesy of you ! Call your provider for tech support!

Firstly check all connections & ports to make sure your internet plug(port), is in the right one. If all else fails phone your ISP provider & they'll guide you step by step & any problems with yur connection they'll help!

And, you are not calling their 24 hour help line, but, instead, are asking a bunch of Yahoodiots?

Really, not enough cookies in the jar, methinks.
