rings are good. center bottom is *sexy..* even just the hole is kinda..
studs aren't so good for your teeth.

I have had both sides of my lip pierced and now my saiba . I dont have any issues . So I cant think of any cons . Its about what you want and your ability to take care of the piercing . For example if you have a job where you will half to take it out dont get it done becuase removing it regularly after being freshly pierced will likely get it infected .

Well lip piercings kinda suck, I had mine pierced for like a day because I couldnt stand how I look with it. Plus one you take it out this disgusting hole is left on your face, who the hell would want that!? But if it really matches your personality and overall appearance thn it'll look pretty just make sure you really want it ecause you'll regret getting it if you dont want it.

are you going to still want the piercing and/or the scar from it when you are working for a conservative boss? how about at 45 or when you're a grandparent?
