You can reason this one out yourself. If the terrorist liked Bush they would have attacked on Clinton's watch. But if they liked Clinton the would have attacked on Bush's watch. So ask yourself who the terrorist like the most.

If by "terrorists" you mean radical liberal democrats then perhaps. If you mean the traditional definiton, then it can't be done.
Anyway, the terrorists (traditional definition) publically voiced their support for the Democrats in '00, '04, and '06.
