I have been bleeding really bad, my entire panties, have been completely soaked, and my pants, its been going on for five days now, and tissue badly coming out from my vagina, this is serious, i am so scared. am i pregnant or something, i dont know what to do. its happens 3 times a day like this, bloody as ever.

If you are bleeding enough to have to change a pad every hour, you need to go to the emergency room to be looked at. They can give you some meds to stop the bleeding. Then make an appointment with your GYN to get a diagnosis of what is going on. Could be fibroids or more serious problems.
