Hey, when I woke up on my 40th B-day I decided it would be my new beginning. Exercise, Eat Right and start doing things for yourself that you wouldn't have normally done. Don't have a date? Go to the movies anyway. Want a particular outfit? Brown bag your lunch and your spouses for a week and go buy it. We usually put ourself last from say our 20's to our 40's so I say it is our turn!
