I have checked mangavolume.com and it won't let me go any futher than highlighting the manga. If you can help me on how it can direct to me the manga page then that'll be awsome. If not, another site would be cool as well.

If you are looking to download and read the I's manga, try manga trader, registration is free and once you do so you have access to many manga downloads:
http://www.mangatraders.com/files/manga/i's
They have about from volume 1 through volume 15 uploaded onto there.

i never tried looking for the anime I'S but try to check it out there...

try this site you can download an enitire series. though i don't think there is I'S.
