I dropped a few classes and it is not calculated in my GPA; however, it shows in my transcript that I've dropped some courses. How will this affect my admittance to pharmacy?
How will the admissions view me? Does it make me look bad?
Please help!
Thanks.

From what I hear, it depends on the school. However, a W is looked upon better than an F. It is not the worst thing in the world. They focus more on your actual GPA.

Well.... it depends. If you have between 4-6 classes on your transcript--they might question your ability to handle the course load associated with a Pharm D. The good news is that with professional schools there is so much give. In other words, a few dropped courses can be excused if you have a good GPA, an awesome essay, or good work experience. So don't worry TOO much unless you know this is going to be a pattern for you.
