Every thing about my computer seems to work until my grandson tries to play a game with graphics. Then is freezes up or reboots the computer. Can anyone help with this issue.

theres a few things that u can do ....first update ur directx to 9.0c......go here to do so....

next go here and update the drivers for the nvidia graphics card.....

i use the Nvidia myself....i get all the latest updates here......enjoy

One would need to know your current Operating System and whether or not you have installed the drivers for the video card.

Also did you computer have a previous video card or was it originally using onboard video processor? If it was using an onboard (directly on the mother board) video processor, did you make sure that it was disabled in the bios?

Nvidia is a very old brand, you definately need a new video card, I don't know of specific brands but consult with your nearest computer and technology store.
(I have the exact same problem with the exact same card)

Try updating the video drivers.
