honey, they aren't just in NJ..they are in B.R. (Baton Rouge) , N.O. (New Orleans) and Beaumont, TX. I think that they are everywhere that there are roads, unfortunately :(

I'm in central Jersey and I believe the mentally deficient are the ones causing the road rage due to their lack of driving skills.I almost get killed at least once a day, it's so scary!

hell, all their NJ cousins must be in Texas. Imagine them and all these pick up trucks trying to share the same freeway !!! Keep in mind, we also have all those illegals here who don't know do- waddly- squat about driving; they've been herding sheep for the past twenty years. So, I feel your pain !!!
