I am thinking about getting a bs in health administration but I want to know what kind of a job I will be able to get and how much it pays.

A former roommate of mine had this degree. He works as the Houston County health inspector, ie going around to varios resturants and watching to see if employees wash their hands. His first year he got paid a little less than $20k.
