Would it be a good idea to make ghetto children more intelligent with there aggresive nature or not?

would be basicly giving sharks the brain of a v8 engine like in deep blue sea or would they look see past violence and try and to learn from different people to well round themselfs such as I have?

Obviously, you're not as well rounded as you would like to think about yourself. If (metaphorically speaking) a land shark has INTEGRITY then have Faith in it. Maybe you should re-evaluate your way of thinking, maybe you'll come up with a decent answer------------I still have faith in people EVEN when they act pathetic.
