Romeo and Juliet artwork, a symbol on Romeo's shirt? What is it? The heart symbol on the white shirt??? Help!

In the movie (1996) with Leonardo DiCaprio, Romeo wears a shirt that has a symbol on it, it's a heart and thorns or something looks all tangled together. Does anyone know this symbol and if so, what is it and do you know where I can find a picture of it? If i'm not mistaken it's shown several time throughout the movie. Please if anyone knows, help. I love the way it looks and want a picture of it. Thanks!

it's the sacred heart. that symbol was used to promote the movie as well.
