What inference could be made?

Do cheaters every prosper? Trust them to tell you.

If you can trust the cheaters to tell you, that means they are trusted...therefore they do prosper......but if u cant and dont trust them...they are not trusted...therefore they cannot prosper(in their lie or other stuff)...........if this made any sense!

If you trust them to tell you, the inference can be drawn that cheaters can be trusted.

Cheaters prosper, and they WILL tell you. That is how stupid they are and THAT is why they quit prospering.
