If you get a liberal to answer in the positive like to know about it.
I am just marking this question for futrue reference.
I doubt it.
My guess Iran could nuke serval countries before liberals would think it be time to go back the UN and write letters of sanaction against the US for forcing Iran to nuke somebody.
btw: When I saw the question I was being a bit over sacastic.
However the posts before me back up what I had to say but what followed.
so far 2 thumbs down I know know I was dead on.

Of course we would stand in support of Israel, all of our Allies would stand with them against a first strike attack. Since we have our own interests and military in that area, we would strike back immediately, right along with Israel. Iran knows this very well. They know this would start a firestorm that no one could predict an end to, or how many nations would become involved. If they are ready to start WW III and deal with the consequences they will nuke Israel. But I suspect that is not the case, no matter how much they posture. North Korea is a different matter. That nutjob is one panic attack away from hitting the button.

If Iran nukes Israel they will get nuked back with twice the number they are bombed with!
Israel has had the bomb for many years & has more than Iran can get their hands on, yet. I don't happen to think that Iran is stupid, they know the situation better than we do! Yes, it could mean that we would help Israel. Why not, they have been helping keep the Muslims at bay for about 60 years, Muslims that we may have had to fight if Israel had not kept them busy trying to drive them into the ocean!

in straight forward terms an American ought to ask this manner of toe curlingly imbecilic question. Ooh, permit's see. possibly because of the fact they'll render the international's fourth best oil reserves inaccessible for some many years (attempt making use of your stupidly super truck-I purely understand you have a truck-while oil is merchandising at $4 hundred a barrel). Or because of the fact no longer even psychotic mass murderer Israel is psychological sufficient to kill some million harmless civilians? or maybe it must be because of the fact Iran doesn have nukes, isn't development nukes, and is not extra of a wager than Iraq grew to become into. specific, you retards fell for that one too, did no longer you? Cite ONE credible source which shows Iran or any chief of Iran has pronounced they desire to wipe Israel off the face of the earth

I suppose so, it'd be nicer if we took a multilateral approach though. Nobody wants to go to war, so we should avoid it at all costs. I just don't want the U.S. to try and screw up Iran like they did Iraq. It would be our job to defend our ally, nothing further. Most of the people in Iran aren't extreme, many would not support military conflict with the U.S. or nuking anywhere.

Yes, but we would be to cowardly to attack Iran since they have Nukes and willing to use it. We wouldn't support Israel militarily since there were no Israel left.

No I would not endorse the US military support because we already have enough problems of our own. If Israel is wiped out then maybe the middle east will finally be happy, hopefully laying off of us. Then we pull out of Iraq and we will be looked at as god.
