How do you convert z=4j into polar form? The real part is missing. Do you need to add something to z=4j in order to calculate it?

no.. you just take z=0+4j. Then the you have |z|=4 and because it is on the positive imaginary axis, the angle will be pi/2.

The module is 4 and the angle pi/2.So the polar form is 4
