It might a little bit, but i dont think to much. Everyone made a big deal over Tiger Woods becoming a father and that being distracting to his game, no one seems to think that Brady becoming a dad will distract him from his game.

Tom is great at preparing for each game individually and is never distracted by anything

Most athletes in general improve during great times in a persons life. So i think this is not a legitimate question

If anything i think he will get better. I think he could retire sooner to be with his family but not for a while yet hopefully. And lets hope we get somemore little patriots QBs
