Will 20" Rims fit on my 2003 infiniti G35 Sedan?

yeah but the ride quality will deminish, meaning it will ride rough and will be more prone to bending your rims on what seemed to be a small pothole. so go for it.

yeah you could fit 48" wheels on it but at 20" you'll probably have to notch the frame, which removes strength
