She says she likes silky, sexy clothing, but has always been too embarrassed to actually go in the store. How can I help? I would LOVE to see her in them, but don't want to push her into something she doesn't want, however, she says she wants to try new things. Also, should I pick one out for her? I would pay for it either way. What do you think?

I like the idea mentioned here too....you know her we don't. If you think she would enjoy going out shopping great. Or online, fine. But my main suggestion is just look at her and she if she is enjoying it or if looks embarassed/uncomfortable/unhappy. If so I would strongly suggest respecting that and moving on to something else quickly and with good attitude.
My biggest fear would be her feeling you are pressuring her to do something you want and she doesn't, even if your intentions are 100% good. So where I personally would love it, she might feel differently. Just make sure you tell her there's no pressure, and it's all good, and anything she wants or doesn't want is fine. And I think with her might be better so she doesn't feel pressured. Just have a light hand, make it fun and hopefully she will get into it too!

It really depends on the girl, but my guy could get me to buy something if he got a gift card and went in with me. The gift card's a little bit of a lean, since he's already spent the money, but if she says she likes it ... I also go shopping for that kind of stuff with my girlfriends. They know when I'm looking for something sexy and will make sure I walk out of the store with what I came for.

If you really like this chicklet get her a gift card for Victoria's Secret. She can use it on line or in the store. They also have an Angel credit line for those like me who LOVE this kinda stuff!!!!!!!!! She will have a great time and she will love you for it! I would like it if it were bought for me. I don’t like going in those stores though. They make me feel like I have to be one of those toothpick girls. I feel like everyone is staring at me or judging me for trying to look sexy. Maybe that is how your girlfriend feels. You could offer to take her shopping if she wants to go. When you are at the store, it would be helpful if you were very supportive. You don’t have to act like a horny dog, but nothing makes a woman look pretty than to have someone compliment her. If you make her feel good, it will boost her confidence. Confidence makes a woman look great too.
If she is still afraid to go to the store, then tell her that you want to buy her one to make her happy. You can both look at catalogs from different companies. She can give you her input and you can give her yours. You can buy her several and have her put on a fashion show when they arrive. Why don't you make a date of it, go to the mall and shop around, eat, and walk into the store with her; maybe company will make her more comfortable. Be supportive, let her pick it out, etc. It'll be cute. And paying for it would be nice too, girls like that lol.
