Best: New England - Adalius Thomas, Wes Welker, Donte Stallworth, and not losing anyone big

Worst: Buffalo - Losing Fletcher, Clements, and McGahee.

I would have to say this is a three way tie between New England, Denver, and the niners.....the niners went out and spent some money and got a few good players that will hopefully fix a broken team....Denver did well expect for paying Danial graham so much he should not be the 2nd highest paid tight end in the league....the patriots also did a good job of filling their needs now all they need to do is add some young guys on draft day to add depth and they will be set.......as for the worst i would have to say the bills, they don't seem to be making any moves and are only losing their big name players but they could be hoping to rebuild in the draft

As a Dolphins fan it kills me to say the Pats. They got the best defensive player available, besides Nate Clements, in Adalius Thomas. But most importantly they kept Asante Samuel out of free agency. The speed Stallworth and my own Welker will help will that old *** WR crew

I think Denver and New England both did extremely well. Both filled needs with some quality talent. Overall both strengthened their teams with the moves they made.

Who did a terrible job? There were several teams with a lot holes that I thought would have been more active in FA. Oakland (OL in particular), Detroit, Minnesota, Tennessee, Philadelphia to name a few.

So far, hands down New England but just wait to see what happens in Washington, old Daddy Snyder hasn't cut the wallet open yet so we'll see what happens when the bills started flying out of the capitol.

Best - Pats, you already know why

worst
1. Buffalo - they signed three offensive lineman, then traded their RB. Now they dont have anyone to run the ball, LOL.

2. Minnesota-
Bobby Wade: Signs with Vikings - 5 years $ 15 million
Visanthe Shiancoe - 5 years $18.2 million
Vinny Ciurciu - 3 years $3 million
------------------------------

Spielman on why the Vikings targeted Shiancoe over Graham: "[Graham] was up there and we decided that Visante was the guy that we wanted and wanted off the get-go. We were going to do everything we could to make sure that he came here and wasn't leaving."
------------------------------
LMAO!

Best-New England-Have addressed most of their needs in free agency...Will bolster that with depth in the draft...

Worst-LA Raiders-What the heck has the worst team in football done except get rid of their QB of last year, Aaron Brooks?

i would say cleveland they had a bad o-line this past season so they went out and brought in the best o-lineman in free agency with steinbach. they needed a corner because of all the injuries and signed kenny wright though they will probably draft another one on the first day. and they brought in jamal lewis who would make a great mentor and great change of pace if they get adrian peterson

and you have to look at the bills they brought in 2 o-linmen and will probably draft a back

I'm little biased to be honest but it has to be New England fill some holes where needed and still have 2 first round picks. kinda scary if you ask me..

The Raiders they just sat back and let the players they need come to them they didn't over pay for anyone and all the players they got will be a major help plus they didn't loose any major players either
