Hun,a good way is to talk to someone about what is bothering you. Like maybe a friend or family member. If this does not work try a counselor or me. I hope this advice works!

I LOVE to listen to Gospel music, hoping the songs I hear will
minister to any of my deepest needs at the time. I LOVE to pray to God. I LOVE talking to God, I LOVE to turn to my laptop so I can type on Microsoft Works Word Processor (as a form of writing, which I LOVE to do, therapeutic as writing can be), and so I can sign on line to find my dearest online friends I can write e-mails to, no matter how long I need to make, in an honest effort to try and honor ALL my feelings and letting my feelings out, no matter what my feelings may be, so long as I get my feelings out and honor them, since suppressing feelings is very unhealthy. I NEVER feel alone, because I keep the fact that God's for me and God's with me, even though I KNOW the feeling of loneliness.

I remember all bad things will come to an end, and that GOOD always outweighs bad, and that's because God's using me as a vessel, so I have to keep striving, and not just surviving; that I have to keep living because everything in life is temporary so suicide is NEVER my answer. If God brings me to a situation, no matter how I got into it, God'll surely see me to it, even if God forbid, I don't live through it, or to see the outcome of it. I believe all of this, with all my heart, and it helps me deal..with EVERYTHING; not just with depression.

I wish I could answer this for you honestly, but I have no answer for it. I suffer with bipolar and I have many lows and hate it. I wish there was a cure or some drug to make me happy again.

No alcohol, no caffeine, no chocolate, lots of water, and fruits and vegetables. Lots of exercise and valerian root to help you sleep. And evening primrose oil is good to curb the depression itself.

Happy pills are the only ones that seem to work the best. And even they are not 100% effective.

Vitamins, more sunshine, exercise, get rid (as much as you can) of the caffeine and nicotine ---eat more dark chocolate (it's true and it WORKS) ---it'll get better as the weather changes too.

Go tanning for a little while, not long enough to get cancer, but long enough to feel happy.
