I just put ginormas red fish with my baby turtles. In 5 minutes, the tails gone, the stomach is ripped in half and his head is loose. Why?

We're talking about the fish right? If not i cant help. Here's my answer:

Red Eared Sliders are really vicious toward fish. They eat fish a lot and thats their favorite food. Even as babies, they will eat a fish or at least attack it.

I am in the process of trying to get a 4yr old male red eared to stop eating fish and eat just what I give him, as I'm trying to acclimate him to my fish pond and would like my Koi intact... So far, he has eaten the fish more than the food I give him(freeze dried krill, shrimp, pellets, crickets, mealworms) I am hoping he loves crickets enough to eat them most of the time. I have a Western Painted turtle, and he has only eaten a few fish. If the turtle is introduced to several fish while young(at least western painteds) they wont eat them. Hachi wont eat fish that cant fit in his mouth.

So the answer is that red eared sliders LOVE fish.

Baby red ear sliders eat meat. WHen they become adult, they switch to a strict vegetarian diet. Baby turtles neds protein to grow big and strong. You shouldn't put turtles in an aquarium tank. Not only do they eat the fish, they need to spend time outside of water, so they can get some sun and dry their shell. Atleast put a pad in your tank for them to climb in and a lamp for the turtle. Also your turtle is illegal. In the US you can't buy turtles smaller than a hand. It might carry diseases.

Well to having baby turtles. This will continue to happen the rest of their life. This is a natural thing for them....Adults will eat fish too. You can give them fish once in a while but not everyday.

If you did any research on your turtles you would know they eat fish. So I suggest getting feeder fish for them. You should also be housing the turtles in seperate tanks so they don't fight.
