Argentina is in South America. It borders on the Atlantic Ocean. It's western neighbor is Chile. On the north, it is bounded by Uruguay and Paraguay.

Wikipedia's usually great for relative location. You may not want to use it as a source for a paper, but there's nothing you can't just get off a map, besides the actual distances. "The Falkland Islands are an archipelago in the South Atlantic Ocean, located 300 miles (480 km) from the coast of Argentina, 671 miles (1,080 km) west of the Shag Rocks (South Georgia), and 584 miles (940 km) north of the British Antarctic Territory (which overlaps with the Argentine and Chilean claims to Antarctica in that region)." Edit: And Denmark has nothing to do with them. They're claimed by the UK and Argentina, who call them the Malvinas. I had to see if someone had done some sneaky vandalism on the article since I was there.

The Falkland Islands are an archipelago in the South Atlantic Ocean, located 300 miles (480 km) from the coast of Argentina, 671 miles (1,080 km) west of the Shag Rocks (South Georgia), and 584 miles (940 km) north of the British Antarctic Territory (which overlaps with the Argentine and Chilean claims to Antarctica in that region). They consist of two main islands, East Falkland and West Falkland, together with 776 smaller islands. Stanley, on East Falkland, is the capital. The islands are a self-governing Overseas Territory of the United Kingdom.

South eastern portion of South America, or however you want to describe it...it is east of Chile...it is it's location relative to something else (as opposed to it's exact location using the geographic grid.)
