How can I get the Sandisk m240 cd software?

My friend gave me a m240 sandisk mp3 but he said that he lost the disk. He said that i could get it off the net but I'm having trouble finding it. Help please.

I also tried to find the driver, but failed. If you have the USB cable however, try plugging in the mp3 player to the computer, and open MY COMPUTER. A new REMOVABLE DISK should appear, and you can drag songs onto your device.
