I'm my worst critic, as is probably the same with most people..we need to learn to take it easy and love ourselves more.

I guess so. I mean sometimes when I'm yelled at and insulted I get really down about myself. But I suppose I'm okay because I try to help people the best I can, and I always try to be really nice, because if they're not happy, I'm not happy (unless they're upset over something silly).

one thing i know is that i am a kind and good person and i will never and i mean it NEVER backstab my friends or family members....i respect my parents very much ...even though they scold me and all...it lasts only for a few hours...not more than that....if my friends are in trouble i am always willing to help them IF i have the resources.... i am not racist and iseriously dont understand why there is still racism in some or rather..most part of the world...sometimes i wonder is it because of the history....

I feel that I am an OK person because I always try to do my best. I try to get along with everyone no matter how they treat me. I try to find nice things to say about everyone.

I like to think I am okay. I try to be fair to everybody and I don't ask people to do anything I wouldn't do. I offer to help.
