you can create one, by going to start, accessories, backup. there you can use the wizard to back up your files and create you disk at that time.

I think what you are asking for is a restoration CD for your computer. Go on the web and find the manufacturers site, then contact them by snail mail or land line or by e-mail and ask for a restore disk for your model of computer. It will cost you some $$ plus shipping and handling charges.
