I really want my nails to grow long. what can i do?

Filing works best. I file my nails so they are oval shaped which keeps them from breaking too much. Also when filing do not file back and forth because it makes them easier to break. File them in one direction.

Continue to put on clear nail polish and it should strengthen them up

Take gelatin or prenatal vitamins.
