It broke my heart to read your question, and after checking your photo, I have to say that you are not ugly! You have beautiful eyes, so my suggestion would be to cut your hair and wear some eyeliner and mascara to show them off. Reddish-browns and purples would look amazing with your eye color.

dude, you aren't THAT ugly. Everyone's got some hope. Don't worry, one day you will be the prettiest girl on earth and all the guys will want you as thier girlfriend. hehe, all you've got to do is get some confidence and a new look.

You could probably use a new haircut something fun and flirty. And some shading on your nose to make it look slimmer, like contouring.
And always a nice lip gloss and mascara if nothing else.
