Okay, if you're talking about in real life and posted in the wrong forum.....

I'm a cheerleader in college, but I only did professional gymnastics prior to this.

1) For flexibility, yoga is really great. Splits take time, so the only way to get them is to work really hard at them.
2) Back tucks are gained after back handsprings, DON'T DO THESE WITHOUT A SPOT.
3) Same with front tuck. Work from a running front handspring to eventually a standing front handspring to eventually a front tuck. ALWAYS WITH A COMPETENT PERSON TO SPOT YOU. You'll sprain all kinds of things without one.
4) It's impossible to go from nothing to a perfect standing back tuck in three weeks, I'm sorry. But you CAN make progress. Just take your time, and be patient. There really is only so much you can do.

Good luck to you! :)

1) there is this stretch you can do where you push your legs up against the wall and just do it for about 1/2 hour a day just like watch a show while you are doing it and you should have your splits within a few days, just remember not to push yourself too much.
2)To get your back flip and back tuck all you can really do is practice, and make sure to have lots of padding so that way you don't get hurt.
3) same as 2.
Just keep practicing and don't give up or get impatient with it.
Good luck

i think of the whole subject the NFL has against cheerleading is stupid. If communities and their gamers are being distracted by way of the cheerleaders, then i've got faith it rather is the education group's fault for no longer disciplining the gamers greater effective. on the comparable time those gamers could desire to re-examine what's significant, if cheerleaders are distracting them.

1.) stretches, stretches, stretches.......toe touches are the best.
2.) Well I put out cushions and practice like crazy. If you have a trampoline I reccomend you use your tramp.
3.) Same as #2.
4.) Practice practice and more practice!.

Just remeber, always warm up. Drink lots of water. Take breaks, and PRACTICE!

Good luck. If you don't make it don't let it bring you down just try harder.
