Avraam Russo is indeed a famous singer in Russia. You probably couldn't find information about him online because you went by the Russian spelling of his name (Авраам Руссо). Websites in English refer to him as AVRAAM RUSSO, ABRAHAM RUSSO or even Apraham Russo, his birth name being Apraham Ipjian.

He was born is SYRIA on 21July 1969 and spent many years living in France. Then he moved to CYPRUS where he was discovered by a wealthy Russian producer who decided to launch Avraam's career in RUSSIA and very much succeeded in it.

Avraam Russo's family tree sounds quite complicated. His father was GREEK, born in Turkey. His mother was half ITALIAN. And he must have some ARMENIAN blood because I've heard people calling him Armenian many times.

Avraam sings in 9 (!) LANGUAGES: English, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, Greek, Turkish, Armenian and Hebrew. You can have a look at a Russian cover of one of his albums:

I only managed to find one ARTICLE in English about him:
http://www.armeniandiaspora.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-41151.html

And this is one of the best Russian websites about Avraam, with his bio and interviews:

You can have the pages translated at http://translation.imtranslator.net/

Here is an interview with him about his WEDDING (not sure how recent that was):
http://www.brideus.com/avraam.html

And a final link, to a website that has a kind of medley of his VIDEOS and pictures:

Enjoy! :)

possibly Stevie Nicks, because of the fact her voice is straight away recognizable. And to my awareness there are not many Fleetwood Mac tribute bands, as is the case for Led Zeppelin, Beatles, doors the place the singers just about clone the unique vocalists.
