The Go-Go's. They were real musicians, who played real instruments and wrote real songs. The Spice Girls were prefabricated by some producer or record company.

I think the Go-Go's are a better band. They play their own instruments and are fun to watch on stage. I should also note that we should refer to them in the present sense, as they are still performing. Saw them last summer. Good times!

hmm i can remeber listening to the spice girls a few years back...i've heard of the go-go's but i've never heard them
maybe cause the spice girls were more recent they might be more popular, but because the go-go's were in the eighties... i dunno, sorry
