Shoe sizes: I went from a 9.5 to a 7.5 in less than a year. The only thing i can think of is weight related... but that doesnt make much sense since i've stayed around 140 lbs. Any comments to explain this size change?

It can be when you were in 9.5, you were wearing a somewhat over sized shoes, but when you are in 7.5 today, it may be the shoe manufacture was slightly different in their sizing standard and you are in a under sized shoes not because your feet were going backward.

The reason I have this thoughts,is because it is unlikely feet can shrink. Bone growth does not use that rule.

Having a baby changes your foot size - it gets bigger
Some manufacturers are not consistent in their sizing. Also the shoe style has a lot to do with it.
How old are you? If you are young, you may still be growing.

If your shoe size has decreased there are three things I can think of are weight loss, but you stated you didn't lose, water retention, or osteoporosis and drastic bone loss..I would go to the doctor and get tested for this.
